无法调整屏幕刷新率

我安装了几个驱动,都无法调整屏幕刷新率,一直到试用了5768和4887才行,请问如何解决

  • Where did you download the said drivers?
  • Are you using Intel Arc Control or Intel Graphics Command Center to manage your display settings?
  • Have you done other troubleshooting steps?
  • Did this issue occur before? What were the changes made?

 

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

1、驱动是从官网上下载的

2、是

3、更换了显示器,更换了连接线,重置显示器设置,重新安装不同版本的驱动

4、未曾更改过配件设备,我曾联系客服,他说可能是显卡驱动和显示器不兼容,我用的aocq24e11显示器

  1. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? If you are using a laptop, can you share the make and model of your device. Additionally, can you share an Intel SSU can from your system?
  2. How is your system connected to the monitor? Are you using an HDMI cable, DisplayPort? DVI-D? and what cable version are you using?
  3. Are you currently using 2560 x 1440
  4. Can you share what GPU are you using? Intel Arc A770, A750, A580?
  5. What is the current refresh rate of the monitor?

Thank you for answering the following questions.


Upon further checking, the maximum refresh rate of your Monitor is only at around 100 Hz. I would like to clarify if you would like to go lower or higher? Or are you using Intel Arc Control and unable to adjust the Refresh Rate at all?

我屏幕刷新是100,但系统显示只有60,且无法调整,只有在使用5768和4887驱动的时候可以调整。

Thank you for that information. To clarify, are you currently using the latest driver version 32.0.101.6299? If not, I recommend performing a Clean Installation of the said driver as it may address the issue you're experiencing.

现在请允许我重新描述下我的问题和诉求。
问题:我的显示器为2k,100hz,但在安装驱动的时候发现,只有5768和4887等,个别驱动,可以让我使用100hz,其他驱动只能60hz。我已经尝试了最新的驱动6299,但它出现了新的问题,当我设定100hz的时候,屏幕分辨率将会自动降低,如果提高屏幕分辨率,那刷新率将会变成60hz。
诉求:我希望所有的驱动我都能使用,而不是只能用少数几个驱动。
请求:不知道这个问题是显卡,驱动,或者显示器问题,请问可以帮我排查解决吗?

  • What is the exact make and model of your Monitor? If possible, kindly provide the link of your Monitor.
  • Is this a newly set up computer and did the issue start right out of the box?
  • What are the make and model of the monitors that you have tried to test this issue with?
