To be able to help you better, I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help share more details below so I can further check:


1) What driver version was installed that caused the missing video recording?

2) Have you tried reverting the driver to the previous version?


Kindly share your system configuration so I can check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). Attach the log file as you reply.
