Hello Yerdeniz,
Thank you for the information provided. We would be more than glad to help you with the crashing issue when playing 7 Days To Die.
- To better assist you on this matter, we would like to ask for the following information:
- When you mentioned that you only tried with Steam. Does it mean that you install the game through Steam?
- Is the issue present since the first time you first launched the game?
- Was there another graphics card before the Intel Arc A750?
- We see that you have driver 31.0.101.4952. There is a new graphics driver available, so we would like to recommend you install the new driver 31.0.101.4953, after running the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Previous driver files and leftovers can affect the functionality of your system, and the DDU tool will eliminate all the previous driver installation files.
Best regards

- When you mentioned that you only tried with Steam. Does it mean that you install the game through Steam? : YES
- Is the issue present since the first time you first launched the game? : YES, Since I first installed it, it shuts down 5 minutes after entering the game world. I open the game with dx11, but if I start it with GLCore it doesn't close. Of course, in that case, it barely plays 60 fps at the lowest graphics.
- Was there another graphics card before the Intel Arc A750? : NO
- We see that you have driver 31.0.101.4952.. : Installed

The game still shuts down at ultra and high settings. If I open the map on medium settings, it shuts down. I tried 1 hour on low settings, ok for now. But my computer is at a level that can easily run at high settings...

Hello Yerdeniz,
We will close this case since we have not received a response from you. Note that our recommendation is to contact the game developer for further support as the game is in early access. If you need additional information, please ask a new question, as this topic will no longer be kept up to date.
