ARC B580 issue with lowering the game resolution.

Although GPU scaling stretch is selected in the driver for Intel B580, there are still large black bars when lowering the resolution from the native screen resolution.The issue occurs in all the games I play.CALL OF DUTY11 13 18,  GADERN WAR 2.

I just stumbled upon this issue. Although I don't need to lower the resolution to play games, it is still a problem.
