Good morning, Once again, I have seen that more users are being affected by not being able to activate HDR in games, and it also happens to me that I cannot activate it in games in any game, not to say specific, that is, all the games that support HDR I cannot activate, and my monitor is compatible or supports HDR, so my monitor is Philips 27M1N5500ZA with a resolution of 1440p 2K at 170Hz using the DisplayPort 1.4 version cable, I repeat, I have noticed for weeks or months that I cannot activate HDR in games, previously I could activate HDR, and now I'm afraid that I cannot activate it, It is clear that it is the drivers and it is clear that it is not the fault of the monitor or games, it is a matter for the Intel Arc A770 driver engineers, Now I'm afraid I'll have to get serious about that thing, I'm paying for a product that includes both the graphics card and the monitor, so I'm paying to be able to enjoy HDR, the monitor I have is the Philips Evnia Gaming 27M1N5500ZA, which is why I'm reporting that small problem, and that small problem is in the drivers.
Greetings
DAVID

Hello addelucas123,
To further investigate the issue, kindly clarify the following:
- Have you tested the latest graphics driver: 32.0.101.6987 WHQL Certified (Latest)? If not, please proceed with clean installation using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
- Have you enabled HDR on Windows 11 first prior to playing the game?
- I understand you mentioned that the issue is not happening on specific game, but instead on all the games that support HDR. Can you still share and/or provide games that we can test?
- This is because we have tested Cyberpunk 2077 with both HDR enabled and disabled in Windows 11.
- When HDR is disabled, I encounter the same options as you have posted.
- When HDR is enabled, I see options to use various HDR implementation.
II look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello addelucas123,
Generally, you need to enable HDR in the Windows Settings to play HDR content. Windows also offers an Auto-HDR feature that allows you to play HDR content effortlessly without extensive configuration. For further details, you can refer to the Microsoft article titled "What is HDR in Windows? or contact Microsoft Support for assistance with HDR content settings.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hi David,
I’ve run into the same HDR issue recently, and I agree — it’s not the monitor’s fault, but seems tied to the latest Intel Arc driver updates. HDR used to work fine in supported games, but after updating, it won’t toggle on anymore.
A few things you can try in the meantime:
Enable HDR globally in Windows Settings → Display before launching the game.
Check your Philips monitor OSD to make sure HDR mode is manually enabled.
Roll back to an earlier Arc driver (for me, HDR worked again on 32.0.101.6931).
If possible, test HDMI instead of DP 1.4 to rule out handshake bugs.
It’s definitely frustrating, especially when HDR is a selling point for modern games. I run into similar hurdles when testing racing titles like Asphalt 8 for guides on my site, so I know how much display features matter for the overall experience.
Hopefully Intel sorts this out in the next driver release. Until then, rolling back is the only stable workaround I’ve found.

yo
I did a upgrade to windows 11 over the weekend and pluged my ssf to big tv. some of it was windows for me.
I have included some screen shots to help folk between the
windows/display
windows/display/advanced/
intel graphic suite /display/
in generaly my tv best supports 4:2:2 windows didn't set it up that way. set it up at 4:2:0 I think., also it was refresh rate locked in windows at 30hz on 4:2:0 and hdr couldn't be toggled on.
once on 4:2:2 or 442 I think i did this in intel graphics suite for the colour profile not windows; the refresh rate and hdr toggle, refresh rate was selectible at diffrent supported resolutions under the advanced.
since my tv is capped at 120hz I have also setup in intel graphics software/display/ a generic 120 frame cap to save power and heat. in sff.
See if that helps.
