Arc 750 graphic card game error

I am currently using an Intel Arc 750,driver version is 31.0.101.4146

bought Sword and Fairy 7 in steam

Every time I hit the devil in this scene, it will crash

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes on Sword and Fairy 7 when using your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics. Please let's try the following:


1.-Update your Bios to the latest version from your motherboard manufacturer.

2.-Test an older driver to check if the issue is exclusive to newer driver versions. You can test driver version 31.0.101.3959.


If the issue persists, please share with us the following information:


  • Share a short video showing the issue.
  • Share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings.
  • Is the issue only happening exclusively in that scene? Or does happen in different scenarios?
  • Have you tried disabling the ARc GPU and testing only the integrated GPU?
  • Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?

Before closing this thread and in case the issue still persists, we would like to provide one more recommendation:


Using Device Manager disable the integrated GPU and use only the ARC GPU for testing:

Go to device manage > Display adapters

Right-click on the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730

Click disable.
