Arc A750 Last Driver 32.0.101.6737 CS 2 Cant Open

Hi everyone Counter Strike 2 does not open after installing the latest version 32.0.101.6737 driver. I am using the -Vulkan command. The game does not respond after opening it stays at the bottom I can't open it .
