I have been having a problem after I get an update from Intel regarding the above subject Graphic Driver. After I download the new updated driver (i.e. Display 32.0.101.6737) , I receive an update from Microsoft after the download to update the drivers again (Display 32.0.101.6464, Extension 31.0.101.5382, Extension 31.0.101.5234 and Extension 31.0.101.5125). After the Microsoft download it changes the driver back to 32.0.101.6464. I then receive an instant message on my computer that there is an update from Intel for the "subject" driver. The process is a never ending circle....
This needs to stop. Who ever handles these updates from Intel should contact Microsoft to turn off these driver updates for 32.0.101.6464, 31.0.101.5282, 31.0.101.5234, and 31.0.101.5125 if these are old drivers and should not be used. I cannot stop the Microsoft update downloads unless I stop all downloads which I will not do. There needs to be be a solution to this. See screen shots below. Thanks, C.V.High

Hello CVHigh,
Thank you for posting in the community. I have a few questions to help us better understand your situation:
- When you installed the driver update, did you do so directly through the Intel Graphics Software?
- Is this the first time you've encountered this issue, or has it happened before?
- It seems you're using a laptop; could you please provide the exact model?
- Have you tried installing the graphics driver from your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? If so, does the issue persist?
- When updating the driver, did you select the "Clean installation" checkbox?
Best regards,
