Arc Control timing out when looking for new drivers

Hi there,

I have noticed Intel Arc Control has been timing out for a week or two when looking for new drivers.
My last driver update I tried a clean installation, however that has not fixed the problem.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Arc Control, and it is still not working.

I am on the latest driver 31.0.101.4824
Using Windows 11

Hello Vampurrr,

Thank you for joining the Intel Community once more. We would be more than happy to help you with the Arc Control problem.

We have received some reports that the issue is solved after using the Display Driver Uninstaller and then installing the latest version, 31.0.101.4824. The DDU tool will eliminate all previous driver residues.

Best regards,

this is still not solved. Hard to believe that a processor manufacturer can not write reliable code to fix there issues. A simple thing like updating software? come on
