Arc a750 crashing and freezing

Hello Intel, I recently bought an Arc a750 card and I am experiencing very annoying problems. Although the card works well with God of War Ragnarok, it is disastrous with WWE 2K24 and FC 25, as if there is no compatibility. The first one keeps exiting the game, while the second one freezes in waiting mode. I don't know why. My processor is i5 12400f, the motherboard is Asus h610, and the Arc a750 card is from ASRock. Please solve these problems in the next updates.

Hello Haider97235,

Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities! I’m truly sorry to hear that you're still experiencing crashes with WWE 2K24 and FC 25.

To help investigate the issue further, I’ve prepared a few questions for you. Please see them below:

  1. What are your exact game settings?
  2. What steps can we take to replicate the issue?
  3. Did you have a different graphics card previously? If so, have you tried using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and performing a clean installation of the Arc A750 drivers?
  4. What other troubleshooting steps have you already attempted?
  5. What is the exact graphics driver version you have installed? Have you tried updating it?

Your clarification on these points would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Best regards,

My device is new and I have not used any other graphics card with it, but I have done everything, such as updating the card drivers with the DDU tool, and I have the latest update for Windows 11 Pro, and WWE 2K24 crashes frequently. This did not happen to me with my brother's device, which contains an old Nvidia GTX 1080 card, as the game runs smoothly and easily on the highest settings. As for FC 25, there is a problem, which is that the download before the match is not completed and the game remains frozen and the screen is black at this stage. Sometimes the audience appears with a large square head, not a circle, and sometimes the grass appears as if it is a paved street without details. These are problems that did not occur with my brother's device, which contains a GTX 1080. I hope that you will solve these catastrophic problems as soon as possible, noting that the card works excellently with the game God Off War Ragnarok with the wonderful xess technology running and with some other games that I have tried, but it is not completely compatible with WWE 2K24 and FC 25. I hope that you will solve these problems that occur with important games such as these games because they are games that are played by a large number of players
