Arc controller not responding

I Have installed arc 770 in my PC.
But when I trying to open arc controller software it open sometimes but not responding it stucks on and also when i press Alt+O then it open but do not show any info everything is blank.

I read so many article and do everything like reinstalling, clean installing, turn off resizable bar, installing clean beta version, etc but nothing happened
Its same all time.

This problem is start when i once turn on resizable bar.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
but gpu is working fine.

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

 

Follow these steps to generate an Intel® Graphics Driver report for the Intel® Graphics Control Panel or the Intel® Graphics Command Center. Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers.

 

SSU

1.     Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.

 

 Also, we would like to know, if you tried the steps provided on this article:

Intel® Graphics Command Center -> it is generating only a blank file.

as shown in screenshot it stuck immediately after opening and no details showing of graphics uses.

i tried again a clean installation but nothing happens.
