Will we get support for Arc Survival Ascended? The game launched about a week ago, and currently the performance is really bad on Arc GPUs (under 30 FPS at 720 low settings with the A750).
I'm pretty sure it could be better, as equivalent GPUs are performing much better in this game.
The A750 GPU should be able to play this game at 1080P native with about medium settings at ~30FPS from what I've seen with equivalent GPUs (RTX 3060, 2060 Super, RX 6600, etc).

To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- Does the issue happen with older drivers?
- Take screenshots of the game settings, this will help if we need to replicate the issue.
- To know your hardware and software information, download and provide the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Ich habe ebenfalls Starke Probleme mit Ark Asa das Spiel Läuft unter 30 FPS trotz Minimalen Details etc.
Mein system ist ein:
NZXT Z690 N7 Board
Intel 12600K
32GB DDR4 RAM von Gskill Trident Z Royal
Be Quiet Dark Pro 12 1500w
Intel Arc 770 von ASRock mit 16GB RAM
Festplatten von Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB Windows Platte
Und Samsung 970 Pro 2 TB für Games
Derzeitige Windows Version 11 und dem Aktuellen Intel Ark Treiber.

Thank you for your patience. After a thorough investigation and replication, I'm happy to inform you that the issue has been resolved with the latest drivers. Please update your graphics driver to the latest version, 32.0.101.6083_101.5736, and let us know the outcome so we can further investigate if necessary.
Before updating, please use DDU to completely remove the remnants of the old driver and then install the latest graphics driver. I look forward to your response.
@Plauze88, I understand you're experiencing issues as well. Please update your graphics driver to the latest version. However, I recommend creating your own thread so we can assist you directly.
