Asrock Intel Arc A580 4K Monitor unable to output higher than 1080p?

Hi all,

I have a portable 4k monitor with a mini hdmi port to full hdmi connector. When I plug it into the only hdmi port on the asrock challenger arc a580 it shows the recommended resolution is 4k in display settings but it defaults to 1080p. I have a 4k hdmi to dp adapter and I've tested that on all the DP ports as but those are all maxed out at 1080p. Only the HDMI shows all the resolutions. The issue is when I try to change to 4k or 1440p I get a no signal blue screen before it reverts back to 1080p. I've ddu'd the intel gpu drivers twice now and reinstalled the latest drivers. The issue still persists. I have also tested my portable monitor with an RTX 2070 and the resolutions work fine on that one which leads me to believe it's either the card or a driver issue. Has anyone else been able to display 1440p or 4k on their intel Arc A580?
