在我游玩的主要游戏,三角洲,黑神话悟空和绝区零中,按照2k高画质的设置,显卡占用率基本都在60%到80%之间,所有游戏在游玩过程中不存在其他问题。但是在弹出系统桌面,或切换其他软件到前台时,显卡占用率会直接来到100%,导致游戏闪退(三角洲)或者蓝屏(黑神话悟空)。我根据网络上的一般解决办法,比如重装系统,更换驱动等方式,均无法解决该问题。以下为部分游戏中显卡正常和异常的对比图。
下图为三角洲游戏画面,分别为普通游戏界面,切换其他软件和弹出桌面。可以很明显看到切屏后显卡占用率上升异常。此时频繁切换会导致游戏卡死。而在3A游戏黑神话悟空中,出现的情况和三角洲一样。但黑神话这边,我在截取屏幕图片时,也会频繁出现蓝屏情况,截取游戏画面难度大,因此仅放上一张蓝屏图。
考虑到仅在部分游戏中会有这样的情况出现,经过初步判断,我认为是显卡驱动问题,当然不能完全排除显卡硬件的问题。以上是所有的问题内容,还请工程师或懂行的人帮忙解答,谢谢。

2.In fact, the power supply manufacturer only includes two PCIe 4.0 specification dual 8-pin power cables as standard. After reseating the power cables or adjusting their connection positions on the power supply unit, the blue screen problem still occurs.
3.The blue screen issue persists with the latest version 6913 driver.
4.I reinstalled Windows 11 two weeks ago, but as indicated in my recent feedback, reinstalling the system did not resolve this issue.

I tentatively suspect that the blue screen issue might be related to the specific silicon characteristics (or "individual card quality") of my particular graphics card unit. However, based on current observations, the card exhibits no other problems during daily use, light gaming, or when running professional software. When playing Black Myth: Wukong, as long as I avoid popping out to the desktop or switching applications, the gameplay remains smooth, as previously mentioned. I am unsure if similar issues would arise with other AAA games, but at least for now, I am relatively satisfied with the performance of this graphics card. Therefore, whether this blue screen issue is completely resolved is no longer a top priority for me. At the same time, I appreciate your team's continuous analysis and support regarding this problem over this period. Finally, I sincerely wish Intel continued success in developing its graphics card products.

My research indicates that the error "0x119_d000_UNKNOWN_dxgmms2!VidSchiCommitFlipQueueLogUpdate" from the dump suggests several troubleshooting steps: updating graphics drivers, checking Windows updates, scanning for malware, checking for software conflicts, performing a clean boot, conducting a system restore, and reinstalling DirectX. Since you have already performed a clean OS reinstall, these issues should have been addressed.
I recommend removing and reseating the Arc GPU in your system. Please ensure the PCIe slot is clean, and the GPU's golden fingers are free of debris, then test the system again.
If the issue persists, I need to determine whether the problem lies with the system/PSU or the GPU itself. If you have another GPU available for testing or can try the Arc GPU in a completely different system, this will help further isolate the issue.
