B580 - DCS and DX11 Games .

Seems there are issues with DX11 games with artifacts and alike and poor frame rates.

Please keep the Drivers coming, however in DCS there are artifacts using heat blur on airframes.

Slow and poor performance on high settings on 1080 resolutions.

What is the best driver to use for DX11 gaming .

Hi @KoN,

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • Could you let me what digital distribution platform you obtain the game? (epic, steam, battle net, etc)
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
  • Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay.
  • Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game.

I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.

Warm regards,

Hi @KoN,

I understand your concerns about privacy. The SSU (System Support Utility) is designed to provide a detailed overview of your system's hardware and driver-related components without accessing personal files or data. It focuses solely on technical information that helps us diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

If you prefer not to post the SSU results here, you are welcome to send them to me via email.

Warm regards,

Hi @KoN,

Upon reviewing your thread, it seems you are experiencing two separate concerns:

  1. Artifacts with Heat Blur on Airframes
  2. Slow and Poor Performance on High Settings at 1080 Resolution

For the second issue regarding performance, we kindly suggest creating a separate thread titled "Slow and Poor Performance on High Settings at 1080 Resolution." This will help us address each concern more effectively.

Regarding the heat blur issue, we are currently investigating this matter. Please refer to our article on "Texture Corruption in the Engine Heat Exhaust When Playing Digital Combat Simulator World* (DCS)," for more information.

Additionally, to assist us in thoroughly examining the performance issue, please provide the CapFrameX results in the new thread. Once you have created the thread, share the link with us so we can monitor and respond accordingly.

Looking forward to your response. By the way, I sent you an email, please check.

Warm regards,
