B580 in the games lagging and poor performance

I've already read all the posts on the forum, but there's still no solution. The latest driver isn't working properly FurMark shows issues, and games are experiencing FPS drops, lag, and other problems. It's incredibly frustrating.
I'm honestly exhausted. Not everyone should have to deal with these kinds of issues, especially since not everyone knows how to reset their OS or configure motherboard settings. Fortunately, I do—but even that hasn't helped.

Hi,

Video clearly shows @ 0:11 Timestamp that"Resizable Bar" is deactivated.

Setting ReBar to Auto is not enough you also need to enable "Above 4G Decoding" in your bios to

squeeze maximum performance out of your Intel Arc B580.
