PC specifications:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
Mother baord: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
Ram: 32GB DDR4
PSU: Corsair RMX Series, RM750x, 750 Watt
B580 has poor performance while playing Escape from Tarkov. I upgraded to the B580 from a GTX 1660 Super, and I am receiving lower frames with high fluctuations and periods of severe fps drop. GPU utilization gets close to 100% during bad frame drops down to around 15fps.
This issue is especially noticeable in PVE mode, where the entire game runs locally, which could put a lot of stress on the GPU.
After putting my old 1660 super back the issue is gone.

Hi Kairan,
I understand that you are experiencing performance issues with Arc B580. Please help with the information below for me to address this properly.
1. Is the issue isolated to Escape from Tarkov?
2. What game settings are you running?
3. Are there background applications that's running?
4. Have you checked the temperature of the GPU?
5. If possible, please attach a short video clip of the issue.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,

Hello,
This issue has been common. While playing EFT the B580 is read as having 24gb of VRAM despite the fact it only has 12gb. Even with rebar enabled the issue is still present.

Sorry for the late response, I was not able to get back to you sooner.
1. This issue is only present in Escape From Tarkov.
2. Here are my game & graphics settings:
3. The only background application I was running was chrome, other than MSI afterburner and Riva statistic server to monitor CPU & GPU status.
4. The Temperature of the GPU stays consistently around 60 degrees.
5. Can't capture video clip at the moment, the issue is conditional to when I play the PVE mode in the game with others.
SSU report is attached.

Hi Kairan,
Thank you for sharing additional information.
May I know if you used DDU to uninstall the previous driver and performed clean installation? Additionally, please get CapFrameX data so we can compare the values that you are getting on our end.
I hope to hear from you soon!
Best regards,
