I built a new system with a b580 card. My old system had an a770 and I had 0 issues with that card in DCS World.
In DCS World multiplayer I am currently getting less than 30 fps and typically 15ish FPS while sitting on the airfield just after I spawn in. I'm getting these very low FPS with pretty much everything turned off or down. If I turn stuff on or up the FPS gets even worse.
I have the same processor and RAM as my old system with an a770 in it and didn't have these issues.
I've tried downgrading to other drivers but that doesn't fix any FPS issue.
I have included system info, screenshot of settings, and capframex info.

I couldn't take not being able to play my games anymore. I bought a used a770. I DDU the drivers, shut the computer down, put in the a770, installed up to date drivers.
I didn't change the settings AT ALL in DCS, booted it up with the a770, 90 fps. I was getting less than 20 with the b580.
Pretty insane difference.

Hello RudeSeagull,
Thank you for patiently waiting. I understand your frustration. I just want to check if you still have the B580? If so, could you try using it and update the driver to the latest version (32.0.101.6632)? We have tested the game internally and achieved a consistent FPS of around 70+. For reference, please see the YouTube link: https://youtu.be/lkFt8uf1_4k.

Ya, I had the latest drivers, 6632,before I pulled it, No difference for me. You guys did an instant action mission which I get fine FPS with that, It's the multiplayer that I get 20 fps in.
Go load into a multiplayer session with other people flying around, AI units moving and being destroyed, ships moving across the sea, and all the other stuff that's happening. For some reason the B580 doesn't like it. I didn't change any settings, threw in the a770 and was immediately at 80 FPS in multiplayer.
The absolute worst is sitting at the airfield when you spawn in. If you can somehow take off at 20 FPS and get away from the airfield by yourself it gets better. But if you are at the airfield with other people getting their planes ready, people taking off and landing, plus all the objects around the airfield, the B580 doesn't like it, whereas the a770 handles it like a champ.

I also have this same issue and also have a an A770 acer predator and a limited edition B580. What I can see is that system RAM and VRAM is nearly double when running on the B580. Example, A770 in the same map will have 27GB system ram usage, 6GB VRAM with no spillover to system ram. The B580 will run 37-40GB system RAM and max 12GB VRAM with some spilling over to the system. This occurs in vanilla DCS 2.9 single player empty missions or multiplayer on custom servers. FPS using FSR1 vanilla or optiscaler on fsr2 or XeSS 2 on the A770 is anywhere from 70-140 depending on the situation, with the B580 I see 7 to 40 fps.
