Black Gray and White screen on Game start Super Robot Wars 30 on PC Steam

I recently upgraded to an ASROCK Steel Legend Inter Arc B580. When I try to start this game (Super Robot Wars 30) I get this screen. The mouse cursor moves and I get the normal sounds but the screen displays this mess.  On my old Geforce 1660 Ti, this did not happen. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. There is another similar game to this that I tested. Super Robot Wars V. That one works normally. Hope you guys can help me on this issue. Thanks

We are still investigating your concern. To assist us in this process, could you please provide the following details:

  • Which game digital service is are you using to play this game?
  • Does the graphics issue occur when initially opening the game, or does it happen during gameplay?
  • Have you already tried using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)? If not, try performing DDU then install the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6557_101.6262.

Which game digital service is are you using to play this game?

>STEAM on PC

Does the graphics issue occur when initially opening the game, or does it happen during gameplay?

>It happens all the time, the screen shot represents what happens. The only change is the color of the vertical lines, going white instead of gray or blue

Have you already tried using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)? If not, try performing DDU then install the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6557_101.6262.

>Already done in safe mode, no difference, same error. Alread installed the latest version 32.0.101.6557_101.6262.

Can you share us a screenshot of the game settings?

>Cannot access settings, all I get are the distorted lines on screen, there are no settings to screen shot

This is a screenshot of Super Robot Wars V settings attached, released 2 years earlier than Super Robot Wars 30. I believe they should be similar.

Earl,

You can close this case. The issue was the MSAA setting of the game. Turning of MSAA fixed the issue. The problem was since it was on, there was no way to get to the settings because of the distorted screen. Had to go to the Users\Appdata settings to find the game folder settings and deleted the entire folder. That reset the settings and turned MSAA off. The game now starts normally.

Thanks. Your suggestion about the game settings got me thinking in this direction.
