COD Cold War Rainbow Textures/Flickering

on 4669 drivers, game has rainbow texture and flickers in every map no matter what settings are used

Attached is image and video, 

seems like an issue that was promised to be fixed months ago but still exists

DDUing and reinstalling the current driver seems to solve the issue, however when the game reinstalls or refreshers the shaders, the issue comes back, forcing me to ddu and reinstall drivers,

We want to let you know that we are currently investigating the graphical corruption problem with the game.
