CS2 and TF2 Low FPS with Intel Arc A580

Throughout my use of this video card, I see very low fps in Counter Strike 2 (and TF2 on Suijine card and some others). I would like to try and resolve the issue with someone knowledgeable in this topic, as I am alarmed by these numbers.
My PC:
Amd Ryzen 5 5600
Intel Arc A580 ASRock Challenger
DDR4 Kingston beast 3200mhz 32gb (16x2)
Msi b450m-a pro max II
Settings in cs2 - low.
Settings in TF2 - first three settings are high, the rest are low.
all games are stored on m.2 nvme Apacer AS2280P4 512gb.

In Counter Strike 2 with low settings i have around 120-150fps.

In Casual mode In CS2, where there are more players, fps even worse.

-vulkan doesn't helped me

It appears that you are experiencing performance issues during gameplay, and I understand how concerning this may be. To assist you effectively, kindly provide the following information.

 

1. Could you please clarify which game you are referring to when you mention "TF2"?

2. Which game distribution platform are you currently using to launch these games (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?

3. Is the low FPS issue limited to these two specific games, or have you observed similar behavior in others as well?

4. Do the FPS drops occur consistently on specific maps or under certain in-game scenarios?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

Hello Dear Intel employee. Here are the answers to these questions.

1. Team Fortress 2 

2. Steam 

3. This has happened in other games, but in these games it is most annoying.

4. Yes, FPS is falling, and it can drop just like that, but especially when there are a large crowd of players in game.

Are you saying when near players you frame rates drop or is it due to lag on the server or do you think this has some to do with drivers?

I am playing grey zone and I noticed big frame drops when near players or Ai bots, I did put it down to server issues. 

Roll back to other drivers and test .

I guess the more players there are, the more fps drops.
I rolled back the drivers, but it didn't help.
I deleted all the drivers on the video card using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), and reinstalled - it didn't help either

My settings in CS2 all is low, but Anisatropic Filtering - 16x.

I forgot to say that it was on the map for FPS testing, I think it would have been worse in Casual mode in Counter Strike 2

Hello tosya,

 

While we were investigating, we noticed that the CapFrame data analysis was conducted only for 1.78 minutes which is insufficient to fully assess the game's performance. Kindly provide a minimum of 3 minutes gameplay for the game and share the exact files with us for review.

 

May I also inquire if Resizable BAR is enabled? Also, are these games functioning properly before and was there any recent changes to the system prior to the issue happening?

Before that, everything was more stable on an older graphics card.

When I bought an intel ARC A580, I ran into this problem.

Hello tosya,

 

After review, our latest investigation indicates that the graphics driver version 32.0.101.6913 WHQL Certified (Latest) has resolved the issue as per our Low Performance with Intel® Arc™ Graphics in Counter-Strike 2* (CS2) article. 

 

With this in mind, we recommend performing a clean installation and updating the graphics driver to this version again, since this update was released on 07/15/2025. If the problem persists, please let us know so we can continue troubleshooting.

 

Additionally, may I confirm if you have created a separate thread regarding the issue with Team Fortress 2? I have reviewed your account and, at this time, I do not see any other active or related threads associated with it.

I haven't noticed any performance gains in Counter Strike 2, but I hope that things will get better with subsequent driver updates.
