Unreproducible crash. Mission Occurs most frequently at Bank Headquarters.
However, this issue does not occur in 32.0.101.6913
If I were only playing this video game, I would continue using 32.0.101.6913 and there would be no problem, but that is not the case, so I want the problem fixed.
This video game uses a program called Easy Anti-Cheat, which prevents crash dumps from being generated. This makes troubleshooting the issue more difficult.

Hello miyuri,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

It appears that you're experiencing issues with The Division 2 as it crashes with the latest driver version 32.0.101.7026. To assist you effectively, please share the information below.

1. Is the issue isolated to The Division 2?

2. Are you seeing any error message when the game crashes?

3. Do the game crash instantly after launch or does it happen when on the "Bank Headquarters"?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Best regards

1.

Yes

2.

No.

3.

I have never seen a crash occur during the sequence from launching the game, selecting the character to use, and loading until the character becomes controllable.

However, today I observed a crash occurring during loading after executing fast travel.

The game crashed while moving without engaging in combat during missions such as “Bank Headquarters” and “Tidal Basin.”

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I don't want to show it to the general public.

Hello miyuri,

I truly appreciate your perspective and understand where you're coming from. Trying the latest available driver is an important step in the troubleshooting process. It may not guarantee a fix, but it could reveal new behavior or help us rule out certain issues. I’d really appreciate your willingness to give it a try so we can move forward with more clarity.

Driver Version: 32.0.101.7028

September 1: Crashed during mission “Capitol Building”

September 2: Did not play the game

September 3: Crashed during mission “Manning National Zoo”

September 4: Crashed immediately after entering the front of the White House

I suspect that while some game programs may have minor bugs, they run without issues on AMD or NVIDIA products, but may not function properly on Intel products because they require stricter programming.

After testing Driver Version: 32.0.101.6972, I observed crashes, freezes, and abnormal vertex positions in the rendering.

This is version 6972, just one version newer than the fully functional 6913.

By examining these differences, you should be able to identify the bug.

(On September 9th, the game's executable file may be replaced with a new one, but it's probably not a big deal.)

Driver Version: 32.0.101.7029

The malfunction continues to occur.

Crashed at the White House, DZ East, and Mission DCD Headquarters.

Roll back to 32.0.101.6913

Intel is making it impossible to download old device drivers, which makes me uneasy about the future.

Driver Version: 32.0.101.7029

use d3d11 rendering, disable Ubisoft overlay, and delete shader cache

Although it didn't crash during about two hours of play, the stuttering was so severe it was unplayable.
I don't think it will crash, but I don't want you to assume this solves the problem.

This shows the frame rate transition at fullscreen, 74.97 Hz, enable VSync.
