If the Intel arc control is started at startup, clicking the task tray does not work.
In this case, it is necessary to forcibly terminate the task and manually start the Intel arc control again.
By the way, if you set the Intel arc control not to start automatically from startup and start it manually, it works normally.

I noticed the BIOS is not up to date, please update it first. If you need additional help, please contact ASRock.
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
