Custom colors

I tried applying custom video colors to games like valorant, csgo, fortnite and it doesnt work because it says the graphics doesn't support it.

So my question is does the issue appear for everyone or just for me?

I would really like to know , if its the same problem for everyone, will and when will that be fixed.

  • Please share a video of the steps that you follow to modify these settings, so we can have a better understanding of the issue.
  • Also, create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response.

As I said above I saw that the error appears on intel ARC gpus and I can see and read that the gpu is not supported but I am wondering is it me or is it the gpu in general.

I have will send you errors and log file so if we can see if the issue can be resolved

I appreciate your patience. This seems to be an issue coming from the app as it is not compatible with Intel® Arc™ GPUs, the software needs to be updated to add this compatibility, answering to your questions, this is a general problem and not only isolated to your system. We would advise you to contact the app developer to get more information and check if they will add support in the future.
