Detorit:become human can't be opened correctly

Sometimes the game can start for the first time when i install the gpu drive,but then cannot start until i reinstall the drive.In the newest drive i even cannot start the game.

By the way,the game cannot go correctly

  • When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  • Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
  • Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

 

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

first,the problem started when i first use the intel arc b580

second,i tried many different drivers include whql and not whql.I tried to uninstall the gpu driver by ddu but it doesn't pays off

third,i use steam to download the game

my computer's cpu is i5 13490f

band is b760m

I'll be helpful if you give me suggestions
