DirectX 12 Red Dead Redemption 2 problems when activating 144Hz and under FPS 50 to 60 FPS

1. Run Red Dead Redemption 2
2. Change from Vulkan to DirectX 12
3. When I want to put the 144Hz it doesn't apply it stays 50Hz
4. Performance ranges from 50 to 60 FPS 1920x1080

Everything is updated, even the BIOS , but keep in mind that the BIOS does not improve performance and stability etc.
