Fallout 4 Crash

Hello Support,

I cannot start Fallout 4 either as new game or load existing saves, the game would crash and comeback to the Windows. The videos are attached

1. GPU details: 
   • Driver: 31.0.101.5445
   • GPU: Intel Arc A750 LE
2. Game: Steam - Fallout 4
3. System Information.
   
   • Processor make and model: Intel Xeon W-2150B
   • Motherboard make and model: Lenovo P520
   • Amount of memory (RAM): DDR4 64GB ECC
   • Operating System version/build number: Windows 10 22H2 19045.4291
   • Power Supply make and model: Lenovo 900W Platinum
4. Reproduction steps:Start Fallout 4 either as new game or load existing saves, the game would crash and comeback to the Windows.

Thank you for posting in the communities. Would you be able to share with us your SSU logs so we can check for possible errors? Additionally, is the issue happening as well on other games? The reason I ask is because I want to be able to check for other common issues. Were you able play Fallout 4 before without issues as well? I will be waiting for your reply.
