Hello kcw,
Thank you for joining the Intel Communities. We are here to help you with the crashing issue when playing Forza Horizon 4.
To better assist you, we would like to ask for the following information:
- When did the issue start?
- What steps have you taken to solve this problem?
- Did you have another graphics card before installing the Intel Arc A750?
- What is the exact model of your Intel Arc A750? Is it the Limited Edition card or a card from any of the other Intel Arc card manufacturers (MSI, Sparkle, AsRock, GUNNIR, Acer)?
- Create a system report using the Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU) to have more details about your system: - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
Best regards

Hello kcw,
We are jumping in your thread to let you know that we have tested the game internally and we have not been able to replicate your issue, as the game launches without issues; you can take a look at our video for the replication process. We tested the game in a native Windows system to avoid any third-party apps causing issues. So we recommend you test the game in a Native Windows 10/11 system. Note that Intel Arc graphics does not support virtualization, you can take a look at our article 'Graphics Virtualization Technologies Support for Each Intel® Graphics Family' for more details.
Best regards
