The GUNNIR B580 graphics card experiences unstable FPS when playing PUBG. The frame rate is unstable under both DX11, DX11E, and DX12. My computer configuration is 13400F + B580. Is this an issue with the graphics card optimization or my computer configuration? How should I handle it?

I uninstalled the old driver through DDU and installed the latest 6734 driver. I checked the integrity of the game and found no issues. I adjusted the graphics settings according to online tutorials, but there was no significant change, so I restored the default settings. The problem started when I used the B580 graphics card. According to others' feedback, games like Delta Force have frame rate jumps causing game screen lag, but I don't have that issue. I only experienced this lag in PUBG, and for other games, there is no such screen lag for now.The picture shows the low frame rate performance of my game, and the txt file contains the system information of my computer

I downloaded PUBG from Steam. The game's integrity has been checked and there's no problem. Here are my game's graphics settings and screenshots of the frame rate during gameplay. In my opinion, the main reason for the game's lag is the unstable frame rate, which fluctuates between high and low. Moreover, the "low 1%" frequently occurs.I hope a solution can be found as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

We replicated the problem using our B580 Graphics with the same game settings you provided. During our tests with driver versions 32.0.101.6737 (latest) and 32.0.101.6734, we achieved an average of 132 to 224 FPS with a minimum of 2 minutes of gameplay.
It appears that the CapFrameX result you shared runs for less than 10 seconds, which is insufficient for a thorough analysis. We recommend generating another CapFrameX result with a capture time set to 120 seconds to ensure a complete capture.

We compared this setup with the RTX 4060 using DirectX 12 (DX12). Our observations indicate that the B580 benefits significantly from DX12 optimizations compared to older DirectX versions.
Below is a comparison of PUBG performance on the B580 using the Arc driver 101.6790 versus the RTX 4060, demonstrating that the B580 performs better in terms of average FPS.
Given that the B580 is a new GPU, the performance is as expected for DX12. We strongly recommend using DX12 for optimal results instead of older DirectX versions.
