Subject: Update on Path of Exile 2 Crash Issue – Driver Update Applied

Hi Randy,

Thank you for your support and guidance.

I wanted to update you that I have performed a clean installation of the Intel graphics driver version 32.0.101.7028 just yesterday. Since then, I have played Path of Exile 2 for about an hour and have not experienced any crashes so far.

However, the playtime is still limited, so I will continue to monitor the situation. If the issue occurs again, I will follow the steps to capture crash dumps and share them with you for further investigation.

For your reference, I have attached the following files:

  • Intel System Support Utility (SSU) report

  • Event Viewer logs related to the crash

  • DxDiag report

  • Screenshot of Windows Update history

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thank you again for your assistance.

Best regards,
[Sora991]

Hi @Sora991,

Thank you for the update. I’m glad to hear that the game has stabilized after installing the latest graphics driver. Based on this, may I kindly confirm if the crashing issue has been fully resolved? If so, I’ll proceed to close this thread.

Regarding your other concern about limited playtime, I recommend creating a new thread with additional details specific to that issue. This will help us keep our responses organized and allow us to better support and investigate the playtime concern separately. Please note that this thread is focused on the crashing issue in Path of Exile 2, which appears to have been addressed by the graphics driver update.

For your convenience, I’ve already collected and saved the relevant logs from this session for future reference.

Looking forward to your confirmation so I can take the appropriate next steps. Thank you again for your cooperation and support.

Best regards,
