While playing the game Granblue Fantasy Versus, the game randomly freezes for no reason. The driver is version 4644, and the previous version has the same symptoms. It is a game that is also used in game competitions, so I would like you to solve this part.

I deleted the driver with DDU and used the 4826 driver, but the game still freezes.

Hello DanSun,
Thank you for your time.
We still working on the reproduction of the issue and we will have the results soon.
In the meantime, yesterday we released a new graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4887, please perform a clean installation with DDU by following the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver as you have done with previous versions.
Keep us informed of the results.

The same goes for using 4887, and this game using the same game engine version also freezes.

Hello DanSun,
Thank you for your response and for completing the steps.
We have completed the reproduction once but there were no freeze issues, we will try once again to reproduce it so we can have a reproducible failure that we can debug, as soon I have the results I will let you know.
For the issue from Samurai Shodown, I understand it is the same issue, since it is related to a different game, to keep this thread organized, and help you in the best way, please open another thread related to that game and we will be more than glad to help you.
Regards,
Andres P.

Hello DanSun
Thank you for your wait time and patience.
We have tried to reproduce the issue a couple of times, but in our system, it was not replicated, the game worked perfectly without freezes at all.
Our best recommendation is to contact the game developers to verify if they have troubleshooting advice.
For now, we will close this thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

same issue on my end I have the Arc A750 latest drivers fresh windows install everything up to date even Bios and same issue
This game Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising is randomly freezing and crashing giving the same error as posted in this thread it will happen even in training stage doing nothing but standing still
I heard forcing DX 12 or DXVK may solve the issue but this game doesn't officially support those API it's built on DX 11 and so a fix should be provided since this issue is game breaking and renders the game unplayable.
The only thing i found in common are those with this issue all seem to have AMD CPU
