Hello
I have been in contact with the support team from Crytek about this and apparently they do not do any testing on Arc cards nor do they have any plans to implement XeSS, perhaps you should get in touch with them about that.
The issues that occur is according to them(after sending them logs) a driver restart, the game freezes for a split second and then the fps ramps up again from seemingly zero. This happens very often and only in this game as far as I'm aware.
Another issue us that textures on models sometimes don't seem to load in properly, but it's not the whole model but depends on the viewing angle, possibly a lighting issue?
I'm sending a few screenshots of the issue.

Hi @HappySalmon,
Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- When did the issue first occur?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently?
- Have you noticed any signs of overheating in the system?
- Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing graphics issues? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.)
- Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
- Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay.
- Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game.
I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
Best regards,

Hello Randy
I don't remember when I didn't have this issue.
No changes have been made to the system.
No overheating.
Steam.
Since I am running a B580 and an A770 before that, I of course always perform clean driver installations, often with DDU.
Hi @HappySalmon,
Since this appears to be a performance issue related to your graphics card, I can definitely investigate it on my end. However, I’ll need your CapFrameX data to begin testing.
Please follow the guide on how to record gameplay using CapFrameX. You can refer to the section titled “Performance Issues Instructions” for detailed steps.

Hello Randy
You are correct, this is a performance issue related to your graphics card so you may definitely investigate it on your end.
I'm not downloading anything else.
Hi @HappySalmon,
I’m happy to begin investigating the issue; however, without the necessary data from your end, we’re unable to finalize our recommendation. I’ve already provided instructions on how to report the issue, including the use of CapFrameX for performance analysis. Installing and using CapFrameX poses no risk and can be very helpful in identifying performance concerns.
If you prefer not to proceed with that, I fully respect your decision. Please note, though, that without this data, we’re unable to move forward with a deeper investigation.
Let me know if you need any further assistance or if there’s additional information you’d like from me. Based on the SSU report so far, everything appears to be up to date.

I just want to say that I have exactly the same issue as the OP. Exactly the same graphical artifacts, and the same performance issues. I've reported a shader cache related issue here on the forum, so there is definiately a compatibility issue between the game's engine and the Arc drivers.
With respect, I would like to tell you that running CapFrameX or the SSU log wont help to solve this issue. These graphical artifacts only happen with Arc cards, since the game's engine CryEngine is not supporting these cards properly. Its not your fault, its Crytek's absolutely unaccaptable fault, since before their last year's engine update, the game supported Arc cards totally. Even had XeSS.
I would like to ask you to please just move close to a horse in the game, or even dogs or the place's where these textures exist, and you will immediately see the issue.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Ákos
Hi @NagyAkos512
Thank you for your input and insights. Kindly submit a separate thread for the graphics corruption issue you mentioned, or continue using your existing support ticket if one is already open. This will help us keep responses aligned and organized.
I appreciate the details you provided regarding potential compatibility concerns, I’ll review them on my end.
@HappySalmon Just checking in on my previous message regarding your inquiry. Have you had a chance to review it? If you need more information or have any questions, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help!
