Thank you for raising this concern via communities. For me to better understand the issue you experience with your B580, kindly answer the questions below:
- What is the driver's version of your graphics?
- What is your processor's model?
- Does the low image quality only affect CS?
To further assist you, I kindly request that you download and execute the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) in order to provide me with a complete system specification, which will enable me to assist you in reviewing your system information.
When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
2. Click Scan.
3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
4. Click Save.
