I am using B580,My rendering latency has been consistently high while playing CS

Good day!

 

Thank you for raising this concern via communities. For me to better understand the issue you experience with your B580, kindly answer the questions below:

 

  1. What is the driver's version of your graphics?
  2. What is your processor's model?
  3. Does the low image quality only affect CS?

 

To further assist you, I kindly request that you download and execute the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) in order to provide me with a complete system specification, which will enable me to assist you in reviewing your system information.

 

 

When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

1. Scan: Check the box Everything.

2. Click Scan.

3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.

4. Click Save.
