I can download and install the driver version 31.0.101.5382 but anything newer than that, I can't install for some reason. It either crashes right after the extraction phase or I see the "Loading, please wait..." part and it crashes. The installer works fine for version 5382 but anything newer than that just crashes. I tried using downloading it manually and using the Arc Control app but it doesn't work either way. I tried using DDU and downloading it from zero but it still doesn't work. I have an Arc A750 by the way. I also copied and pasted all the log files in my Arc Control folder.

The driver team moved the installer onto microsoft's dotnet 8.0.3 without telling anyone. Make sure you have the lastest runtime installed. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0
link should be on the right, below ".NET Desktop Runtime"

Hello, blanky.
Thank you for posting in our Community.
I appreciate you for sharing the files such as the DDU result log files, picture of Arc Software, and the SSU report.
Let me gather the following:
- Could you please provide the steps or procedures you followed to download and install the Arc graphics driver? Additionally, which specific Arc graphics driver version are you trying to install? I'd also like to know the exact website or resource link where you downloaded the graphics driver version file. According to this link: Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics, there doesn't seem to be a .5382 version listed for the Arc A750.
- Were there any recent hardware or software changes made before the issue occurred?
- Have you tried updating your graphics driver through IDSA?
- I'm curious to know the precise make and model of your CPU, as I've noticed that it's not listed in the SSU logs you provided.
Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!
Best regards,

Hello,
1-) When I first got my Intel Arc card, which was an upgrade from my 1650 Super, I downloaded the version before 5382 from the site and manually installed it without a problem I think. It was updating the drivers fine until 5382 and since then it has been timing out while checking for the drivers itself and whenever I tried to update them through IDSA it would crash right after the extraction part. I have tried every WHQL version that was out since then manually and through IDSA. By uninstalling using DDU and without doing that. I can only successfully extract the version 5382 and install that.
2-) No I haven't made any changes to my hardware or software since I got the card.
3-) I just tried using IDSA for clean installation right after using DDU and I'm able to download the driver but IDSA does the same thing, it starts extracting it and I see the "Loading... Please wait." part then it crashes. While this is happening the "In progress" disappears on the page and it says "Scanning your system..."
4-) I have a Ryzen 5 5600 and before that I had a Ryzen 51600 AF, which was also before I got my intel card.
And also I have been able to solve my problem by extracting the drivers using WinRAR and then updating them using device manager. That works when I already have drivers installed on my computer and I'm glad it does but I really don't know why this whole thing happens for every version except 5382. I'm not sure how healthy this method is for properly installing the drivers but that is my only solution.

Thank you so muchh, I was expecting an answer like this. I knew they made a change with the newer versions, it was weird that I could only install that version and probably the older ones... This is actually a life saver, thank you again...

Hi, blanky.
I'm glad to hear that the information shared by was helpful for you. Changes in newer versions can indeed lead to unexpected issues, as you've mentioned. I concur with @D3cay's suggestion to ensure compatibility by ensuring you have the latest runtime installed. You can download it from the link provided below the ".NET Desktop Runtime" section located on the right side of the page.
Moreover, please be guided that we will now be closing this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
