Check the video for symptoms.

Intel i5-13600K

Intel ARC A770 16GB (31.0.101.5445)

Windows 11 23H2(Build 22631.3477)

The following symptoms occur in Photoshop version 25.7 and version 25.9 Beta.

When moving the canvas and zooming in, the canvas trembles abnormally

It occurs not only with the mouse, but also when operating with the pen of the display tablet.

Photoshop's previous GPU mode option doesn't accelerate GPU when used (Intel ARC Graphics doesn't work with pre-2016 GPU mode option, so CPU is used)

The bug has also been reported to the Adobe community. I also want to check the Intel driver team and resolve it quickly.

Hi, ARC88.

Thank you for posting in our Community.

The issue you're experiencing with Photoshop trembling when moving the canvas and zooming in, especially with the Intel ARC A770 graphics card, seems to be a known problem. This could be related to driver compatibility or specific settings within Photoshop that need to be adjusted for the Intel ARC Graphics card.

I would like to know the following:

  • Were there any recent hardware or software changes made before the issue occurred?
  • Was Photoshop working correctly before using the Intel Arc A770 graphics card without any issues?
  • What steps have you taken so far to troubleshoot this issue?
  • Have you tried updating Photoshop to the latest version to see if it resolves the problem?
  • Have you updated your Intel Arc graphics driver to the latest version (31.0.101.5522) to check for compatibility issues?
  • Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable us to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!

Best regards,

I reinstalled everything, including drivers and Photoshop, after formatting, but the issue wasn't resolved. The problem didn't occur when I downgraded the latest version of Photoshop from 25.7 to a version from a few months ago. I don't know if Adobe has fixed it yet. The older version of Photoshop works fine on the ARC A770. I recently switched to an NVIDIA card.

Thank you for your efforts to help.

Hi, ARC88.

Thank you for providing an update on your troubleshooting efforts. It's helpful to know that the issue persisted even after reinstalling everything and that downgrading Photoshop to an earlier version resolved the problem. It's uncertain if Adobe has addressed this issue in the latest version. It's possible that the issue lies within the version of the Photoshop application, which may contain a bug related to the updated version.

At this rate, we will close this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
