Hi Dean R,
Sorry for the late reply.
I am not good at English so I am using Google Translate.
You tried to help me but
my question was not enough.
I am sorry.
To add more information to my previous question,
I would like to see a shortcut for capturing screenshots and recording videos added to the Intel Control Center as shown in the attached image.
I made this suggestion 6 months ago,
but every time, only game frame patches that I am not interested in are made,
and these practical functions are not patched,
which makes me sad as an Intel fan.
Stay healthy always.
Thank you.

Hi LimJunSung,
Our team is working on adding screen capture and recording shortcuts to Arc Control. While we don’t have an ETA yet, your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the feature prioritization team. Thank you for your patience and support. I have also noticed that this request was on another thread: Suggestion! ( Screen recording shortcuts + Screen capture shortcuts ) - Intel Community. Hence, since I answered your inquiry about the ports, let me know if you have other questions.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hi Dean R,
This article was written using Google Translate.
I apologize for the late reply.
I am a male born in 1985 living in Korea.
I have not been able to log in because I have not received the verification code for the phone number verification when logging into the website.
Thank you for your reply.
I have two additional suggestions.
However, I am not doing them because it seems like it would be too much work.
Can I do that?

Hi Dean R,
Thank you. First of all, I have two suggestions.
First!
I format frequently.
I am using 12400f, h610, Arc a750,
and whenever I install the motherboard chipset and
update the graphics card driver,
the graphics card fan speed value is reset as shown in the attached picture.
Second!
When I connect to the monitor using an HDMI cable,
the color adjustment is not possible. (See attached picture)
When I format and enter Windows, it is applied in bold 0-255 colors,
but when I install the graphics card driver, it is applied in dim 16-235 colors.
I am sorry for making suggestions when you are busy.
Have a day full of good things.

According to the standard, the quantization range for HDMI is 16 - 235.
Technically speaking, it doesn't matter whether the graphics card outputs "full" (0 - 255) or "limited" (16 - 235). You just have to make sure that your display device uses the same quantization range as the graphics card. Please refer to the instructions for your TV or monitor to find out how to make this setting there.
The term "limited" for the range 16 - 235 is unfortunate, as it suggests that you are somehow losing something. But that is not the case. You just have to make sure that the source and display device use the same range.

Hi LimJunSung,
Thank you for that verse and posting in the Community!
I need some additional information to help us investigate the issue you’re experiencing. Could you please provide the following details?
- Fan Speed Changes: When did you first notice the fan speed value changing after installing the motherboard chipset and graphics driver?
- Driver Installation: Does the issue occur only when installing the graphics driver? What happens if you install the graphics driver without the chipset driver?
- Color Adjustment Issue: Is the color adjustment issue only occurring when using HDMI?
- Graphics Driver Version: What is the current graphics driver version you are using?
- SSU Logs: If possible, could you share the SSU logs so we can thoroughly check your system configuration?
To better understand your system's configuration, we kindly request that you download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software.
You can find the download link here:
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
- Here's a quick guide on using the Intel SSU:
- Download and launch SSU.exe.
- Check the box for "Everything."
- When the scanning is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save."
- Please send the saved file to us.
Thank you for your cooperation! If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

DP1 - DP3 | DisplayPort 1.4a HBR3 (with DSC), 32.4 Gbps bandwidth Same as current Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs |
The hardware also supports DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR10 (40 Gbps). Certification pending release of Compliance Test Specification (CTS) from Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) | |
HDMI | The physical layer (PHY) on the Intel Arc Alchemist GPU natively outputs HDMI 2.0 TMDS (18 Gbps) |
Depending on the manufacturer of your graphics card, there are also models that use a Protocol Converter (PCON) chip on the circuit board, which is connected to another main link of the GPU with the DisplayPort HBR3 protocol and converts this signal into HDMI 2.1 Fixed Rate Link (FRL) with up to 48 Gbps to provide it on the HDMI port |
