1. I would like to inquire about the HAGS support schedule.
2. Uncomfortably high power consumption is observed. 3840x2160 ,120hz monitor. The graphics card clock remains at 1000mhz and power consumption is 40~50W. Temperatures are above 50 degrees.
I heard about ASPM tuning on Sparkle and Intel websites. But it didn't help anything.
Clock and power consumption during IDLE should be lower. It must be at least 10W or less.
I saw that many users have asked: Please fix it quickly.
3. Tekken 8 performance is below expectations. I want more optimization. We also request XeSS optimization. (Also, Tekken 8 does not appear in Arc Control.)
4. Super resolution video enhancement feature is not available in MS Edge web browser. Do you have a support plan?
5. When closing the Steam application, the message “Shutting down Steam....” does not appear. The window probably doesn't appear when you log in. This is a minor issue. But it's clearly a driver issue.
6. Attach SSU
Other problems, big and small, are occurring. I'm also inquiring with Asrock and Sparkle and hope to get a good response.

I would like to step in and offer my two cents here since some of your initial concerns haven't been addressed.
I'll summarize them just to be sure nothing is missed:
1. On Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling: this is not supported at the moment. There is no ETA or confirmation that it is going to be implemented. You can check this article every once in a while to get the latest update on this feature.
2. High power consumption during idle: I noticed it myself on the Sparkle A580 GPU so I'm checking this internally. For now please follow the instructions listed on this article to set the system configuration parameters (Please note the 120hz refresh rate at 4K might prevent the GPU to enter low-power consumption).
3. Super resolution video enhancement feature: this has been requested and I believe we are working to get it, no ETA though.
4. The message “Shutting down Steam....” does not appear when closing Steam: I was able to reproduce the issue on my lab and will investigate it. It appears to be merely cosmetic and does not impact functionality so it may receive lower prioritization though.
5. Tekken 8 performance is below expectations: I tested the game on my lab and could not observe any significant drops in FPS during matches. See video results here: https://youtu.be/M8ttifWFsh8
I checked the SSU and you were on driver 31.0.101.5594 so please update to latest driver 32.0.101.5971 If you still see the FPS dropping with our latest driver please create a new thread that is specifically for Tekken 8 (this is to help other users find and follow the thread).

2. I don't understand. This is the default state after a clean driver installation.
3. Using Heat Engager, Heat Dash, and Heat Smash will result in a lot of frame drops. This occurs with the recommended option or XeSS Quality and Ultra Quality preset. 4k resolution
4. I will upload the video within 1-2 weeks. Should I also upload the “Shutting down Steam....” message?

There are a lot of frame drops in scenes with a lot of effects. GPU usage is also over 99%. 60 fps must be maintained. Arc A770 has the hardware performance to maintain 60 fps in Tekken 8 1440p ULTRA resolution or higher.
XeSS used version "1.3.1", NOT 1.2.0. So resolution scaling is 1.5x at 2160p Ultra Quality. Same as 1440p. But it doesn't maintain fps at all. Same as XeSS Quality with resolution scaling of 1.7x.

You shouldn't test it in game scenario. You should test it in online matches, at least in practice. If you want to use replays, use replays of top rankers on different stages. GPU usage varies by stage. Also, GPU usage increases as you go to the edge of the stage. Be sure to add "Kuma" as your character. He has a lot of hair, so GPU usage is high.
In the January 24, 2024 driver, Tekken 8 reported performance improvements of Up to 15% average FPS uplift at 4K with Ultra settings.
But I can't find anything related to the Performance Index.

A770 Tekken 8
- 1440p medium, XeSS performance mode: 60 FPS Tekken 8
- 1080p high , XeSS performance mode: 60 FPS
A750 Tekken 8
- 1440p medium, XeSS performance mode: 60 FPS Tekken 8
- 1080p high , XeSS performance mode: 60 FPS
A770 and A750 have the same performance? I can't believe it. A770 should be significantly better than A750.
Please maintain 60 FPS at 1440p ultra, 2160p ultra XeSS1.3.1 Ultra Quality.
Tekken 8 is likely to be optimized for DirectX12 Ultimate, UNREAL 5, and XeSS.
Additionally, if possible, I would like to see reduced latency.
