Thanks to the community I am a Taiwanese player, English may not be very good
When I play Baldur's Gate 3, I can get to the game's main menu, but when I open a new game and load it to 100%, it crashes.
(both Direct11 and Valkan have been used)
I've updated to beta driver 4578, or looked at various solutions on the web, but nothing seems to fix this.
I need help thanks

Hello johnson3,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Take screenshots of the game, this is in case we need to replicate the issue.
- Did the game properly work before?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows to know your hardware and software information.

Hello Andres
I started with a Nvidia1050ti and was able to play Baldur's Gate 3 just fine
I tried downgrading the driver from 4578 to 4576, but it still didn't solve the problem.
I tried turning off "Resizable Bar" and it works to get to the home screen of the game, but with "Resizable Bar" on, I can't even get to the home screen. I have attached my gameplay video and ssu.text Hope you have a nice day.
Regards,
Johnson.

Hello Andres
Thank you very much for your help
My power supply is Apexgaming STR650MW(650W)I have followed the steps to update BIOS 2603 and driver 4577. I am very happy to finally be able to enter the game, but the second problem is that it still crashes frequently during the game, about once every 15 minutes, or when the animation is over, I should try to update 4578 Or is there another workaround?
I have attached the game crash message
greeting,
Johnson.

Hello johnson3,
Thank you for your answer, it has been very helpful.
Happy to hear that there is an improvement, let's try to clean install the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4578, following the steps of the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver, just to double-check if the behavior changes.
If the issue persists, repeat the previous steps, yesterday we released a new graphics driver version 31.0.101.4644.
Please let me know the results.

Hello Andres
Thank you very much for your help
I updated the driver to 4644 and the crashes are still the same when I get into the game, then I went back to 4578 and the crashes are much less, maybe once an hour or two, it's ok for me, I hope there are others method can be completely resolved.

Hello johnson3,
Thank you for your wait time.
We have been working on the investigation and now we have some recommendations to check if the behavior changes:
- Reseat the graphics card in the PCIe port.
- Verify the game file's integrity or reinstall the game.
- Follow the suggestions provided in the third-party article How to fix Baldur’s Gate 3 crashing: Disable Larian Launcher, BIOS tweaks & more.
Please keep us informed of the results.

hello andres
A few days ago, I reinstalled the system in the cleanest environment and re-downloaded the drivers and games. Miraculously, the problem was completely resolved. The A750 can play games very smoothly without crashing. Thank you so much. I get all kinds of solutions these days. Thank you so much!

Johnson.
