Hello,
When I use OBS and play at same time a Game that is using Vulkan as native API, I can't record or stream the game, just display a black screen.

- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tools:
- Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

- Take a video of the issue Just in OBS doesn't appear the video, no errors displayed.
- What is the power supply make and model? My PSU is EVGA B650 Plus Bronze

Please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Clean installation to version 31.0.101.4575 using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
I did it, and issue persist. (I used to use a GTX 1050Ti and I can play Vulkan games and use OBS.)
I think maybe is a Driver issue.

- Clean install the graphics driver to BETA version 31.0.101.4576 using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.

I Attach video files with the information about OBS settings, and 2 videos showing you how I try to capture a Vulkan game on OBS.
-Just Vulkan Games does not work with OBS
-DirectX games works perfect with OBS.
-OpenGL games works perfect with OBS.

Thank you for your wait time.
We have been working on the issue reproduction, and it was replicated successfully, we tested OBS using the Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 the issue was present in both graphics cards, you can find the video results attached below. For that reason, we recommend contacting OBS developers for assistance, since this indicates that it is not a driver problem.
