Intel Arc A750 Not Fully Utilized in Adobe After Effects & Media Encoder

Hi,

I recently built a system with an Intel Arc A750 and an Intel i5-13500F, expecting great performance. However, I’m experiencing serious issues when using Adobe software.

  • The GPU is not properly utilized in After Effects & Media Encoder, leading to slow rendering times.
  • Premiere Pro sometimes works fine but often has issues when importing files from After Effects.

I have already tried:
Enabling GPU acceleration (OpenCL) in Adobe settings
Adding apps to Windows Graphics settings
Installing the latest Intel Arc drivers

Even after these steps, the GPU usage remains low, and the performance is poor. Is there any specific driver setting or BIOS configuration I should check?

Any suggestions would be really helpful!

Thanks.

Hello mujnebin,

Thank you for posting in the communities!

I'm sorry to hear that your system is giving you trouble. Please supply the information requested here so that we may better assist you and identify the best course of action:

  • May I know if Adobe Premiere Pro is working fine before? if yes, what are the changes on the system before you encounter this issue?
  • What other Adobe software you're using that have these issues?
  • Have you already performed DDU before downloading the latest GPU drivers?
  • Is your Rebar enabled in the BIOS?

We will be able to go forward with the following step and try to address the problem you are having once we receive this information.
