Intel Arc A770 16G often has intermittent black screen

When playing Genshin Impact or using Edge to browse the web, the display (HDMI to VGA) occasionally turns black for a few seconds, but the sound continues. The graphics card is (GUNNIR) Intel Arc A770 Photon 16G, and the graphics card driver version is 31.0.101.4146 (2023/2/22). I hope Intel engineers can tell me how to solve the above problems

I also had issues and responded above - I since replaced one of my monitors and have had no problems since. Apparently it did not like my Viewsonic VX-2758-MHD-2KP monitor one bit. The other monitor (Dell) that was also going black had no issues either once I replaced the Viewsonic monitor. An expensive fix, but it worked. I also didn't have issues while gaming, only on the desktop.

I doubt the monitor is bad. Arc has had a ton of monitor support issues. Another one they need to fix.

I have this same issue when using browsers in windows 11. Seems to not matter which browser. The issue never happens when using linux on the same machine.  Any help would be appreciated.

Also this has happened on 2 different arc 7780 cards

still having issue with this card. blacks out occasionally while browsing, refresh rates do not matter, happens more often at higher rates.

does not happen in Linux environment same computer. attached log file

also tried different cables HDMI or dp does not matter,

memory was also changed on this machine. same issue happens.

As I say this never happens in linux.
