Hi
I bought Intel Arc B570 GPU and I can't run RDR2.
When I want start game, I have an error:
"Computer does not meet minimum requirements. Please update your driver. Game requires version 27.20.100.8280 or newer. Please visit INTEL: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ for the latest display driver"
but I currently have installed version 32.0.101.6257, so where is problem?
I tried the newest drivers from Intel's page (32.0.101.6876) and I allowed Windows Update download they automatically (32.0.101.6257). It's not help.
Other AAA games works fine.
My spec:
Ryzen 5 5600
Asus PRIME B450-PLUS (with last BIOS 4631)
Windows 11 64bit

Hello Adriian,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Please perform a clean installation of the latest driver (version 32.0.101.6876 for Intel® Arc™ B-Series Graphics) using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the existing Intel® Graphics Driver.
If the issue continues, kindly provide your SSU log file for further analysis. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. Once downloaded, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box labeled "Everything."
- Click "Scan."
- Review: After scanning is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save" and attach the SSU log file in your reply.
Where did you obtain the game? (Steam, Epic, etc.)
Additionally, please include a screenshot of the error.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Clean installation of the latest driver didn't help, but I reinstalled game and it's work now.
I don't understand why game stopped working, when I changed graphics card. I had AMD GPU before. Maybe game installer checked pc specs before installation and didn't copy all the files? Maybe a graphics card from a different manufacturer required different files or a different software configuration and an error occurred?
Thanks
Adriian

Hello Adriian,
I'm glad to hear that reinstalling the game solved the problem. When you changed from an AMD GPU to a graphics card from another manufacturer, the game installer might not have fully adjusted to the new hardware setup, potentially causing missing or incompatible files. Different graphics cards often need specific drivers or software configurations, which could explain the initial issue.
If you experience any more problems, please don't hesitate to reach out for help. I will now close this thread. If you need assistance in the future, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Sincerely,
JeanetteC.
