Thank you for raising this concern with us, but for us to investigate this issue further, kindly provide some information for us to know more about the issue you experienced.

Hi 吴灿鹏,
Thank you for providing the SSU. I already checked it and found out that the drivers version is updated already, but still your FPS is still unstable. I have another set of questions for us to simulate this kind of issue.
- Kindly confirm if you're playing Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
- What is the setting used when it's unstable?
- What is the setting used when it's stable?
I will wait for your response for us to simulate the issue of why it becomes unstable.
Best regards,
John Sergio M.

Hi 吴灿鹏,
Thank you for providing the application that you use and the settings used. For us to investigate this issue further, kindly follow the steps below for us to check the performance of your graphics while playing the game.
CapFrameX Installation Instructions:
- Go to https://www.capframex.com/download and download the latest version of CapframeX.
- Go to https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html and download the latest version of RTSS.
- Unzip both installers and install them.
- Launch CapFrameX and then close it. This is so it creates the user configuration folder.
- Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.
- Paste this file to %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration.
- In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. This is to remove the preset limit in capture time.
- In the Overlay tab, uncheck "Auto-Disable OSD" and click the save icon.
Capturing the Performance Data:
- Open CapframeX and do NOT minimize or close it.
- Open the game and go to the part of the game you need to be in to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture…".
- Press F11 to start capturing data and reproduce the issue. The status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s.".
- Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capturing. The status in the overlay will change to "Processing data.".
- Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
- To export the data captured as a JSON file, right-click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s).".
Best regards,

Hello 吴灿鹏,
Thank you for your patience. I have a few more questions regarding the performance issue you're experiencing with Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Please answer the following questions:
- What GPU were you using previously? When you first installed the B580 and played the game, was the FPS already very low?
- If you were using a different brand of GPU before switching to Intel, did you perform a clean installation and use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the previous driver?
- What is the make and model of your monitor? Also, what refresh rate is set on your monitor when playing the game?
- If possible, could you provide an English version of the screenshot you posted? This will help me properly replicate the issue.
- Is Rebar currently enabled and CSM disabled on your system?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

- Kindly check the power plan settings in Windows; kindly set it to "High Performance" if it's not set to that.
- Try "Fullscreen" instead of "Borderless" in the game and check FPD to see if it will become stable.
- Disable in Windows "Game Mode" and "Xbox Game Bar" and test FPS.

Hello 吴灿鹏,
Thank you for your patience. I wanted to let you know that we conducted three test runs with the Arc B580 using the Arc driver 101.6651 (WHQL), and our results indicated a smooth gaming experience with the same game settings you provided.
I recommend installing our latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6651 WHQL Certified, as our investigation suggests this driver offers improvements for this game. Please let us know how it goes. Before installing the graphics driver, ensure you perform a clean installation using DDU.
If the issue persists, please share the exact model and wattage of your power supply so we can verify if your system has adequate power. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
