I recently upgraded my GPU from 1650 ti to the Intel Arc B580 paired with a ryzen 5 5600G. I had not not encountered any similar issues with my old GPU but when I installed the B580, (Following the instructions given online + deleting any old drivers and using intel support) the game started stuttering/lag spiking while shooting which makes it unplayable. However nothing else triggers any lag spikes, it is just when IM the only one shooting. Is there any fixes for this?
Thanks in advance
Note: I have a TUF Gaming B550-plus motherboard which supports Re-Bar, updated drivers as well
I have also captured data of the lag spikes with CapFrameX and it does show there is clear spikes

Hello EShark,
I want to confirm whether you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the previous driver when you upgraded your GPU and updated the drivers. If not, could we try performing a clean installation and then reinstall the latest graphics driver from here: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
Please follow the instructions in this article and let me know if there are any changes in the game's performance afterward.
How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an....

Hi Randy,
I just got a B580 myself and wanted to relay that using DDU to remove all drivers from the system and then reinstall the Intel drivers worked for me. I would drop from 100 fps to 17 when shooting, and now everything works as expected.
Thanks
Ian

Hi Randy,
I'm very interested in the investigation, as I'm experiencing the same issues with extreme lags (from 100fps to 14fps within seconds) while playing EFT.
I recently assembled and set up a new desktop without any previous video cards (dedicated) installed. Consequently, I'm wondering if the DDU tool would be beneficial in this situation.
My PC build consists of an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D, an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK mainboard, and an ACR B580. Please find attached my SSU file.
I've done quite extensive research and looked into topics like CPU cache size. My CPU should be sufficient with 96 MB of cache.
Hence, I am very curious and still hopeful that a driver update could fix the issue, as the game is especially unplayable in PvE mode with other players.
I hope this thread will stay open, and I look forward to your solutions.
Best, Björn

Hello @EShark ,
I'm following up to see if you've read my previous response. I want to ensure we can continue investigating this issue. Does the problem occur only when using high settings? If possible, please share a screenshot of your game settings, as we've received reports of an issue with this game when the Texture Quality is set to High.
@Wave1 Please create a separate ticket for this concern so that I can response on your own thread and have it investigated this issue on our end. Thank you.
Best regards,
Randy T.
