Intel Arc a750 black screen after driver setup

i just bought arc a750 today. first time i start my pc there was no issue. the root was ok. i downloaded ddu and removed my nvidia drivers. then i download the 4887 version intel arc driver.
during setup i had a black screen but after few minute its gone. Then i clicked to reboot at end of the setup.
after i clicked reboot my pc didnt start.
there is no bios starting sound and i get black screen, i cant event see the bios screen… help me pls i just bought 4 hours ago.
what should i do. the SVM was already disabled
(btw: 4G and the ResizeBar is enabled)
