My A380 posts but my screen is blank in Windows

I have an A380, replacing a 4080 (dev work, don't ask!).  I plug in the A380 and give it power.  I start my desktop and it posts, i.e. I can see basic bios screen.  I then load into Windows and my screen is black/blank.  It should at least have the default VGA drivers I'd have thought.

 

Obviously I can't install the drivers with a blank screen.  I can't install the drivers without the card plugged in either.

 

What should I do?

I fixed this problem by enabling Resizable BAR in my BIOS.  I don't know what this means but my ARC is now fully functioning.
