Intel Graphics Software Tuning Missing

Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics (16 GB)

Driver Version: 32.0.101.6557 Non-WHQL and 32.0.101.6262 Non-WHQL

After installing this driver update, I can not find tuning option in "Intel Graphics Software".

Please supply the information requested below so that we may better assist you and identify the best course of action:


  • May I know what Graphics Driver version you're previously using before encountering the issue?
  • Have you tried rolling back your Graphics Drivers to check if the issue will persist?
  • When installing the latest Graphics Drivers, did you perform Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?


Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.

  1. Previously I used Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6460/32.0.101.6259 before encountering the issue.

  2. Yes, I tried to roll back my graphics drivers to check if the issue would persist, and I found no tuning missing issue in the previous version.

  3. Yes, I used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU); I ran a clean installation of this driver (version 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262). After the clean installation of this driver, I found the Tuning (BETA) section in Intel® Graphics Software, but after that, when I restarted the PC, I found that the Intel® Graphics Software Performance Tuning (BETA) was missing again. I have done this two to three times, and every time after restarting the PC, I found the Tuning (BETA) missing problem again and again!

I would like to add, this seems to happen after reciving the "unstable tuning" popup. After you get it you'll either be completely unable to open the IGS (which is also reported already) or the tuning tab will go missing.

To further assist us on the investigation, can you provide the following information below:

 

  • May I know if you did some tuning when the issue happened?
  • Can you check under Services (services.msc) for the "Intel® Graphics Software Service" and make sure that it's "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic" and that the service is started.

Habe genau das selbe Problem, und habe jeden einzelnen Schritt hier Versucht Intel Grafik Software Bleibt einfach weg und kommt nicht mehr. Ich habe die Arc A750 8GB. mit dem Treiber "6460" Funktioniert es Perfekt und ohne Probleme. Das müsste mal echt gefixxt werden.
