Intel Graphics Software - WHQL Certified Driver Updates on/off Toggle Bug - Fixed

Hi,

The previous issue seems to be resolved.

I am now looking under the Graphics menu selection of the IGS and it says, "Your current hardware doesn't support any graphics features."  Is this supposed to be blank like this?

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update?

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

Could you provide a screenshot of the message?

  

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.
