Intel arc a750 all software crash and pc stuck

I bought arc a750 last 1week there are too many problem .. my cpu is intel core i5 12500 16gb ram without Graphics card (arc a750) my pc performing better ... today i face to many problem when i use multi tasking like using browser and adobe photoshop or discord and skype .. instantly software's are crashed and stuck pc. I take the wrong decision to buy this useless intel Graphics card.

Thank you for posting in the community. I have a few questions to help us better understand and address your issue. Please answer the following:

1. Did you use a different discrete GPU before installing the Arc A750?
2. If so, have you removed the previous GPU driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?
3. What is the current Arc graphics driver version installed on your system?
4. Have you tried rolling back to any older drivers for testing purposes? If so, could you list them here?

Additionally, could you perform the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)< software and extract the file.
2. Open DDU ****.exe and run extract program.
3. Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
4. Go to the DDU extract path and double-click the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to open DDU.
5. Click Close in the Options window.
6. Select device type to GPU and select device to INTEL.
7. Click Clean and restart .
8. Wait the software to finish the process and auto reboot Windows to the normal mode or shutdown.

After that process then please install the latest driver (32.0.101.6559 ) from this link. The let me know the outcome.

now it's ok but when i press windows button it's take 2-3 sec ... and i install the CS2 game it's verry leggy i set the low graphics setting but not working still laging and also when i play gta5 rolplay in fivem i am not satisfied with this up down fps and little lag not smooth when i play this games with gtx 1650 ... gtx1650 doing better perform compare to arca750 also valorant fps and smoothness i am not satisfied.
