Here I have found a solution..but it is not the solution I need. when everytime I power up or restart my computer and open Intel graphics software the software won't run. then I close the program from Task Manager and again open intel graphics software the software opens without tuning option. Then I close the software and go to task manager services and start the intel graphics service then the software has a tuning option. Why I have to close intel graphics software from task bar for opening the software. and why i have to start the service manually everytime when i have to do tunning? what is the solution?

Hi JeanetteC,
I did some further checking on the issue, and here are my findings. It seems that the problem regarding the malfunctioning of the tuning beta tab is not related so much with the driver version update but rather with the update of the version of the intel graphics software per se.
What I did is the following:
1) I completely uninstalled the graphics drivers and software using ddu
2) Then I installed the 6460 driver version package along with the intel graphics software that comes with it
3) Then I performed an update to the 6559 driver only, excluding from the installation the new version of the intel graphics software that is packaged along with the new driver (through pressing the custom button and deselecting the intel graphics software checkbox).
Now I have the newest version of the arc a750 graphics driver along with the older version of the intel graphics software (from the 6460 package) and the beta tuning tab works perfectly, without any problem.
So I assume that you should look to the intel graphics software application code to determine where the problem with the beta tuning resides.
Note however, that the performance issue on DX9 (20% down) and DX11 (5-10% down) in passmark's 3d benchmark testing persists in this configuration also. So this should be a driver issue that you should look into.
best regards

Hello Himel,
Based on our investigation, you may check under Services (services.msc) for the "Intel® Graphics Software Service" and ensure that the "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic" and that the service is running.
Please be advised that we are continuing to investigate this issue and will post an update once available.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello all,
Our latest driver 32.0.101.6651 comes with a new version of IGS, 25.8.1206.1 and this issue should be now fixed. Could you please test on your end and confirm?
You can find the driver here
